Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FreeAIList (https://freeailist.org) and the paid submission options described below. By using the site or buying a paid option you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
FreeAIList (freeailist.org) is run by an independent developer, who is responsible for the Service and for processing personal data described in this policy.
2. What the service is
FreeAIList is a directory of AI tools that offer a free tier. You can browse it without an account. Tool owners can submit a tool for review:
- Free submission — queued for review, which can take up to 4 weeks.
- Fast-track review ($9.90) — a one-time payment for a review decision within 3 business days.
- Featured ($29.00) — a one-time payment for a placement in the Featured row on the homepage for 30 days once the tool is approved and live.
Paid options are one-time digital services. They do not renew automatically and we never charge you again without a new purchase. Prices are in US dollars. See Pricing.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which handles card details, tax and receipts under its own terms. You enter card details on their hosted checkout page; we do not receive or store your card number. Payment is a purchase of the review or placement service only; it does not guarantee that a tool will be approved.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. If you have a billing problem or dispute a charge, please contact us at support@freeailist.org first so we can try to resolve it quickly.
5. Acceptable use
You may not submit tools that are illegal, fraudulent, adult, or that distribute malware, or that impersonate another person's or company's brand. Submitted information must be accurate, and the tool must have a genuine free way to use it. We may decline a submission, or remove a listed tool, at our discretion.
6. Listings, ranking and sponsorship
Whether a tool is listed, and how its free tier is described, is not affected by payment. Paid placements, such as the Featured row, are clearly labelled "Sponsored". Outbound links are marked nofollow, and links to sponsored or affiliate destinations are also marked sponsored. We do not sell dofollow links.
Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes whether a tool is listed or how its free tier is described.
Free tiers change often. Always confirm the current offer on the tool's own website.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are complete, current or error free, or that any tool will meet your needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a paid option is limited to the amount you paid for that option.
8. Termination
We may suspend or remove a submission, listing or placement that breaks these Terms. Any refund in that case is governed by the Refund Policy. You may stop using the site at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date at the top of this page and, for changes that affect an order already placed, tell the contact email given on that order. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
