Refund Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026
Paid options on FreeAIList are one-time digital services and do not renew automatically. Free submissions involve no payment, so no refund applies to them.
Fast-track review ($9.90)
If the submission is not approved after review, we refund the full amount.
Featured placement ($29.00)
- Before the placement goes live: full refund on request.
- Once the placement is live: no refund, because the service has been delivered, except as described in the next point.
- If we remove an active Featured placement early for reasons on our side (for example a site outage or an error on our part), we refund the unused days on a pro-rata basis. Placements removed because the listed tool breaks our Terms are not refunded.
- If the submission is not approved, the full amount is refunded.
How to request a refund
Email support@freeailist.org from the address you used at checkout, with your tool name and order details. We reply within 5 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the credit. When a refund is issued, any related paid benefit (such as a Featured placement) ends.
